Weird problem with TV-OUT?!

Of course now I don't have sound! (Simply disconnecting the RCA cable accomplishes the same as turningit off in the driver.) Is the HIS ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 128MB DDR IceQ TV-Out/DVI a good stable card to choose, is it a good company ????
