I never disable them, I run them constantly, I update them every day, and I do scans every day. A paid auto-update feature is also available. In december, being a little more experienced,I researched and found that spywareblaster is a great software.I read every single thing in their website and was impressed.I immediately installed it again.Updated it. I really like this software,it is very quiet! It works on a different principle than the others and doesn't need to update very often.
