The latter is a vestigial remnant, if you will, from earlier Windows versions that had it "for future use." From what I've read, XP doesn't even use it but it's there--and Then right click again, and go to properties, and select "Disable" Gotta love the Ghetto-rig messenger :} Don't delete.
