Log in Don't have an account? I read that as two CPUs; but the board only takes one. I don't think Anand is being biased about anything. I pulled the CPU out to discover 2 pins were bent and not even inserted into their proper socket holes.

Did you clear all restore points and shadow copies? When is the last time you did a disk clean-up? If you want maximum performance, be ready to spend a thousand dollars or so to get a Core i7, a mainboard for it, and some DDR3 RAM. This affected the early Phenom CPUs (Phenom 9x00 series) and could reduce performance in some situations.

It doesn't affect newer CPUs (Phenom 8x50/9x50, any Phenom II) and you have to try quite hard to actually find one of the old models now. Just my opinion and I really like this site it just seems like someone is being taken care of.
