Problems With Dell 2350 Router

Now uTorrent is saying that the port is correctly configured, yet PFPortChecker says the port is still not open. Our Dell laptop, also about three years old, cannot connect to the Internet using that router, even though the laptop detects that network (and several others nearby). I have absolutely no idea what's going on. Thank you so much,your help is greatfully appreciated as I am very frustrated at the moment. Or is it past its useful life and must be replaced? And if your router's LAN ip is then those settings look correct...though I don't know what your DNS servers should be. What do I do? if nobody can help fix the problem then i'd like to know how to uninstall and re-install the whole wireless setup please.
