  • worse when she tried to log back into his account it froze up and windows went to shut down.He also had done a large update 1 day prior from this happening
  • I intend to remove any firefox and google add-ons which are intended to make life more convenient on the computer, but probably are good targets for viruses and trojans.

because this is a really good product, as it found 11 infections whereas spybot and ad aware found none. So the spybot S&D and malware-bytes apparently took care of all the problems. If it does, be sure to turn UAC back on! Will never do that again.
