Problem With Radeon 9600XT 256MB

I bougth the card before 4 mounts. On re-rendering a project it was noticed that simple cross dissolves were distorting/dragging. You need to make sure you remove the old drivers properly before putting on the new ones. My Case is Aopen H600 300W PSU, the power supply should be sufficient right? I believe this issue will be fixed with a new bios version/flash .. I had a radeon 9600XT and it worked like a charm.
