I have a 2007 HP model 1907. For anyone else going through this thread: Use the instructions in numbnutjas's second post titled "revised" - these are the correct ones. Might help. Apr 22, 2006 #2 monkeymichael TS Rookie Topic Starter I've resetted the monitor and played around with the colour temperature for a few days now but i can't get the original http://arstechnica.com/civis/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=584737

No one of these solutions offered to me does not work. :/ I don't have menu button, I have Fn+/-, power button and +/- Radar on September 4, 2014 at 4:32 I like to play FPS and race games ( the complete rainbow six series, Ghost recon series, GTR, GTR2 and Grand Prix legends) Any ideas ?? I've had my monitor now for about 3 years or so and love it but every so often it seams to automatically change some or all of the settings. No matter which one I use they all look more blue than normal.

  • Have tried the manual colour settings and at least the blue only goes up to 100 now!!
  • If the monitor is connected to a computer using an HDMI cable, the HDMI connection can be used for audio as well as video.
  • Follow these steps very carefully, it might not work the first time but it does work I promise.
  • Changing to tt turned off doesn't solve the problem.
  • Not sure why, but simply reseating the button board made it go away.
  • Adjust the volume higher in Windows from the computer.
  • Adjust the volume higher from Windows on the computer.

Any help appreciated. For more information on this subject, please read Using HDMI Audio with a Desktop Computer. It gave me a great piece of mind! Join the community here, it only takes a minute.

My is stuck in the annoying blue-fade state. If sound is missing from other software, continue using this procedure. Everything has been connected correctly but the picture quality is either too blue or just bad quality in general.
