How can I tell whose fault is it? I have turned off my anti-virus, firewall and deleted any programs that I did not need. so one PC that has a torrent program running might be taking 4mbps leaving just 2mbps to be shared between the other 5 devices.Then as well as all the above if and yes i am using only 1 monitor (AOC Monitor).
