I added my GTX780 to the mix and ran 3DMark11 and you would think that the PSU was going to go off in plume of smoke!!! The lubricant is held in by a rubber grommet (plug) under the sticker on the fan. I was about to set up an RMA for the PSU but wanted to check out the Forums first. This "plastic film" can vibrate with certain frequencies, just like our copper windings on our coils and transformers, and produce a high pitched noise.

Usually this capacitor is either on the PSU, motherboard, or graphics card and you should be able to try a few things to narrow down the issue.
